Sums in som. No rounding surprises.
Loyalty software fails quietly: a discount rounds the wrong way, a refund leaves the points behind, and nobody notices for a month. These four rules are enforced in the code, not in a policy document.
Integer UZS everywhere
Every amount in the system is a whole number of som. No cents to lose, and no floating-point arithmetic ever touches a currency value.
Discounts always floor
When a calculation lands between two som, it rounds down. The till never gives away more than the program you configured.
Refunds reverse cleanly
Returning an item reverses the points and the visit it created. A refunded sale cannot be used to mint loyalty.
Every change is audited
Manual point adjustments record the person, the reason, and the before and after. That is what makes a fraud question answerable.
